Mayor Clause points out that they were thinking of decorating the abadoned house up the hill when a ghost appeared and scared most of the helpers away. He might still be there, and the mayor was wondering if you could find a way to make him leave in case he scares the new hires away too.

- Locate and speak to the ghost. He can be found inside the home at the top of the hill on the second story.
