Officer Frelic is the refubished gear seller in New Trismus.

The official quartermaster for New Trismus island, Frelic is well-liked by the humans, but not so well by members of his own race. Perhaps due to his frequent associations with humans and his unofficial, self-imposed exile from Kirasanct. Frelic is a pleasant and friendly man who works hard to keep the town and the militia stocked with everything they need.
