The Reklar's Tower Shield is an Epic Weapon obtained from General Reklar Plaguebearer, which are also called Reklar Weapons. It is equipped in the left palm and the character must have the appropriate Shield skill to equip the armor.
Once equipped, this armor is attuned and can not be traded.
