The Plundered Tombs is a Quest given by Councilman Micklin Vandus .
Note you must be near the last half of the Vandus Confederation (Forest Skulk Menace) Series before he will offer this quest. If you're interested in the Vandus Conferderation series, then the first quest is Elissa Malna: Lost Cargo Disk. She is the guard near the Sable Shore pad.
